How does your weight loss plan work?

Our program is a medically developed partial meal replacement weight loss program that targets fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. Typical weight loss is 2+ pounds lost per week, every week.

We offer free one-on-one private weekly coaching once you complete your Initial Consultation. Weekly appointments are 15 minutes long and consist of weight and measurement checks, journal review, as well as motivation and education to help you stay on track and get to your goal. Once you get to your goal weight, we then teach you how to maintain your new weight for free forever!

Will my weight loss be overseen by a doctor?

Our protocol was designed by medical doctors to be safe and effective when overseen by our trained weight loss coaches.

The only time a doctor must oversee a weight loss program directly is if the protocol involves prescription weight loss medications or a very low- calorie diet. We use neither of these.

During your Initial Consultation you will be asked health questions to determine if you are healthy enough for our program. Should we, at any time, feel the need to have a doctor involved, we will ask that you see your primary care physician and we will coordinate your weight loss program with them to ensure your best possible results.

What is the cost?

There is a one-time Initial Consultation fee of $220.00. This includes:
  • Review of medical history
  • Medication review
  • Initial weight and measurements
  • Before photos
  • Explanation of the protocol

This is by appointment only and takes an hour and a half.

The regular recurring program costs are as follows:

*Monthly supplement cost is approximately $107.00.
*Minimum weekly cost of food is $63.00.*
*Daily cost of protein for dinner, 4 cups of vegetables, and salad greens.

Note: Most people say that their weekly food bill is about the same, when they take into account the money they spend on eating out, as they are redirecting the average food expense to the diet.

How do I get started?

Call us and schedule your Initial Consultation appointment today. This appointment is 1.5 hours long. At this appointment we will review your Health Profile which includes your past medical and surgical history, current medications, review your current diet, review our diet program in detail with you, get your initial weight, measurements, and body fat percentage. We will then take your before picture, help you pick out food, and answer any and all of your questions. We are also available by phone or e-mail throughout your entire weight loss journey.

Who picks my goal weight?

You choose the weight you want to be! We can help guide you if you are unsure.

Are you by appointment only?

Yes. You can set up an appointment by calling 518-793-5555.

Is this a ketogenic diet?

Yes. A ketogenic diet is any diet that forces the body into a process called ketosis.

What is ketosis and is it safe?

Ketosis is a normal metabolic process which refers to the state of metabolism the body is in when it uses fat as a primary energy source. In fact, we are all in 'ketosis" each night when we sleep. As we fast during the night, our blood sugars drop and our body begins breaking down fat to use as energy.

Is the diet safe?

Yes, it is medically developed and is consistent with evidence-based guidelines to help obese and overweight people achieve safe, long-term weight loss.

Is the diet healthy?

Our program features one-on-one private weekly coaching and education from a trained weight loss coach to ensure dieters are qualified to follow the program. All dieters will be required to complete a comprehensive Health Profile during their Initial Consultation as well certain medical conditions require prior consent from the client's primary care physician and/or specialist.

Many clients benefit after just one week and claim they feel better, they sleep better, have more energy, reduced acid reflux or GERD, better digestion and decreased bloat feeling, joint and back pain decreases, and the list goes on. Many of our clients go on to have medications such as for Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. reduced or discontinued. Many go off sleep apnea machines.

Although everyone has different medical needs, conditions, and medications, and as with any weight loss plan, we highly recommend you consult with your physician prior to starting any weight loss plan and check in with them regularly throughout your weight loss journey.

What supplements do I take?

You will take Multi-vitamins, Essential Minerals, and Essential Fatty Acids, as well as KLB-5 (anti-oxidant) and Digestive Enzymes. These vitamins are required as part of our program and have been formulated specifically to ensure you receive the minimum daily-recommended amounts of essential nutrients so you are at optimal health. They are titrated specifically for this protocol. Substitutions are not allowed as the quality of over-the-counter vitamins is unknown.

Is this a high, medium, or low calorie diet?

How is this different from other protein diets on the market?

Once you reach your goal weight, we provide you with healthier lifestyle education so that you are empowered to sustain your weight loss results. We continue coaching you for free forever!
